Job Description
- Analyze large volumes of data, identify patterns and find insights that are useful for consumers.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable machine learning architectures and pipelines.
- Explore new models and improve existing ML models.
- Mentor and guide junior machine learning engineers, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
- Bring the best practice in ML with a scalable tech stack.
- Push to improve Status Quo by researching and adopting cutting-edge AI technology and techniques.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align machine learning solutions with business goals.
Role Requirements
- Strong academic background (background in STEM is preferred).
- Prior experience in machine learning engineering or data science for 3-6 years.
- Proven track record of bringing machine learning models to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable to take ownership over building new data & AI project.
- Strong communication and teamwork within team and other project stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Proficiency in Finance and GenAI related projects with proven experience.
